Tips for Best Results

Be Specific in Your Topic

The more context you provide, the better the output:

  • Include the offer — "30% off," "free shipping," "buy one get one"
  • Name the product — "Our new vitamin C serum" not "our product"
  • State the goal — "Drive urgency" or "Build trust"
  • Mention the audience — "For busy parents" or "Targeting tech professionals"

Use Copy as Starting Point

Quick Copy gives you 80% of what you need. Take 2 minutes to:

  • Personalize with your brand voice
  • Add specific product names or details
  • Adjust tone if needed
  • Check platform-specific requirements

Generate Multiple Times

Each generation produces different variations. If the first batch doesn't hit, generate again — AI will produce new angles.

Match Platform to Purpose

| Platform | Best For |
|----------|----------|
| Google Ads | Search intent, direct response |
| Meta Ads | Visual campaigns, awareness, retargeting |
| LinkedIn Ads | B2B, thought leadership, recruiting |
| Instagram | Visual products, lifestyle brands |
| Twitter/X | News, conversations, real-time |
| TikTok | Trends, entertainment, younger audiences |

Quota Usage

Quick Copy generation counts toward separate quotas:

| Copy Type | Quota Category |
|-----------|---------------|
| Email Copy | Email generations |
| Google/Meta/LinkedIn Ads | Ad copy generations |
| Social Posts | Social post generations |

Check your current usage in Settings → Usage & Billing.

Quick Copy vs Full Briefs

| Feature | Quick Copy | Full Brief |
|---------|------------|------------|
| Time | ~60 seconds | 3-5 minutes |
| SEO Analysis | No | Yes |
| SERP Research | No | Yes |
| Competitor Analysis | No | Yes |
| Best For | Known topics, urgent needs | New content, SEO focus |
| Output | Ready-to-use copy | Strategic direction + copy |

Use Quick Copy when:

  • You know exactly what you want to promote
  • Time is critical (flash sale, breaking news)
  • Creating A/B test variations
  • Social posts for known campaigns

Use Full Briefs when:

  • Creating SEO-optimized content
  • Researching new topic areas
  • Building comprehensive campaigns
  • Need strategic recommendations

Troubleshooting

"Generation taking too long"

  • Normal: Generation typically takes 30-60 seconds
  • If over 2 minutes: Refresh the page and check your recent copies — it may have completed

"Output doesn't match brand voice"

  • Fix: Add tone guidance in your topic (e.g., "professional but friendly, avoid jargon")
  • Better fix: Ensure your Brand Voice is configured in Settings → Brand Voice

"Character counts exceed platform limits"

  • Rare: AI is trained on platform limits
  • Fix: Manually trim — the best performing copy is often shorter anyway

"Copy feels generic"

  • Cause: Topic description was too vague
  • Fix: Add specific details about your product, audience, and offer
