Hub Dashboard

The PR Intelligence Hub displays each module as a card showing:

  • Module name and description
  • Live opportunity count (number of actionable items)
  • Link to detail page
  • "Ask Maya" button to get recommendations for that module

Below the cards, a Recent Scans table shows your scan history across all modules with status, type, opportunities found, and date.

Getting Started

First Week Checklist

  1. Verify your brand keywords (Settings > Brand Voice) so scans target the right terms
  2. Add 2-3 competitors in your tenant settings for competitor-based scans
  3. Wait for first automated scans to complete (broken links scan runs weekly)
  4. Review your first opportunities on the All Opportunities page
  5. Try Authority Builder if journalist queries match your expertise

Best Practices

Do:

  • Review new opportunities weekly
  • Start with Link Reclamation and Brand Mentions (highest conversion rates)
  • Build your Media Contacts list over time
  • Respond to journalist queries within 24 hours
  • Use Pillar Content recommendations to create link-worthy assets

Don't:

  • Send outreach without reviewing and personalizing drafts
  • Ignore low-authority opportunities entirely (they compound)
  • Skip the research phase for pillar content
  • Wait months to start (link building compounds over time)

Integration with Other Features

Briefs Integration

Pillar Content recommendations create Pillar Content briefs with deep research, citations, and statistics.

Content Hub Integration

Outreach drafts reference your published content. More published articles mean stronger pitches.

Maya Integration

Ask Maya about link building strategy, content types that earn links, or competitor analysis. Maya can create pillar content briefs directly from conversation.

Understanding Opportunity Scores

Every opportunity is scored 0-100 based on:

Factor

Weight

Description

Domain Authority

High

Higher DA sites pass more link equity

Relevance

High

How closely the opportunity matches your content

Dofollow Status

Medium

Dofollow links pass ranking signals

Content Match

Medium

Whether you have relevant content to pitch

Focus on opportunities scoring 60+ first, then work through lower-scored ones as time permits.

Troubleshooting

No Opportunities Appearing

Check:

  1. Have automated scans run yet? (Check Recent Scans table)
  2. Are competitors configured in Settings?
  3. Are brand keywords set up?

Solution: Trigger a manual scan from any module page. First scan may take 1-2 minutes.

Scans Show Zero Results

Possible causes:

  • Competitors have no broken links (rare but possible)
  • Brand isn't mentioned on external sites yet
  • Niche is too narrow for competitor gap analysis

Solution: Add more competitors, broaden brand keywords, or focus on Authority Builder and Pillar Content.
