What is the Creative Hub?

Creative Hub is your centralized image library. Every image generated across ILLIXIS — article heroes, social graphics, carousel slides, banner ads, landing page visuals, ad previews, lookbook photos, and more — is automatically captured and organized into one searchable collection.

Key capabilities:

  • Browse all images across 8 category tabs
  • Favorite images to build a Brand Asset Library
  • Search by prompt, alt text, or source type
  • Click "View in context" to jump back to where any image was created

Accessing Creative Hub

  1. Navigate to Create in the left sidebar
  2. Click Creative Hub

How Images Are Captured

Images are registered automatically when generated. You don't need to do anything. The pipeline hooks are built into every generation task:

  • Content generation → article heroes and inline images
  • Social Studio → social post images, carousel slides, quote graphics
  • Banner Studio → banner ads and backgrounds
  • Landing Pages → OG images and all section images
  • Website Builder → all page section images
  • Advertising → ad preview images
  • Product Lookbook → try-on generation results
  • Email → email header images

When you delete content (e.g., delete an article), the associated images are automatically removed from Creative Hub.

Uploading Images

You can also upload your own images to Creative Hub:

  1. Click the Upload button in Creative Hub
  2. Drag and drop or select files
  3. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, SVG
  4. Maximum file size: 10 MB per image

Uploaded images appear in the Uploaded tab and are also visible in the All tab.

Troubleshooting

Images not appearing after generation:

  • Wait a few seconds — images register at the end of the generation task
  • Refresh the page
  • Check if the generation completed successfully (no errors in the task)

"View in context" link missing:

  • The source content may have been deleted
  • Some older images registered before the backfill may not have complete source tracking

Favorites not saving:

  • Make sure you're logged in
  • Favorites are saved per user — other team members won't see your favorites
