How does the pixel dashboard work?

The dashboard shows real-time connection status for all eleven supported platforms. Each platform card displays its pixel or tag ID, last sync time, and a green/yellow/red health indicator. Green means tracking is active and firing correctly. Yellow means there's a configuration warning. Red means tracking has stopped. You see everything without logging into a single ad platform.

Do I need to set up each pixel separately?

Yes, the initial pixel setup happens through your GTM (Google Tag Manager) integration or by placing each platform's snippet on your site. But once installed, ILLIXIS centralizes monitoring. You configure conversion events, attribution windows, and platform mappings from one screen instead of eleven.

What are attribution windows?

Attribution windows determine how long after a click or view a conversion is credited to an ad. Click-through attribution (default: 30 days) tracks conversions from people who clicked your ad. View-through attribution (default: 1 day) tracks conversions from people who saw your ad but didn't click. ILLIXIS lets you set both windows per conversion event and per platform.

Can I manage conversion events for all platforms at once?

Yes. Create a conversion event once in ILLIXIS, then map it to each platform's native conversion ID. For example, a 'Purchase' event maps to Google's conversion label, Meta's custom conversion, LinkedIn's conversion ID, and so on. Change the event settings in one place and it applies everywhere.

What if a platform's tracking breaks?

The pixel health dashboard monitors all connections continuously. When a platform stops receiving events or reports a configuration error, its status changes from green to yellow or red. You see the issue the same day it happens, not three weeks later when your audience sizes shrink.
